In Today review, we will take a look at latest Razer Mamba 2012 Elite Wireless Gaming Mouse. This is the 2012 elite version of this mouse which comes along with Razor brand new 4G dual sensor system and that is going to mean a lot of sensitivity, a significant number of DPI, if you take a look at some of the specifications including 6400dpi.
Let’s jump inside the box and take a closer look at the mouse and also what’s included. The first thing you are going to notice is a very nice un-boxing experience. Razor definitely puts a significant amount of attention to specify in their packaging. So, the first thing you’re going to get is a little bit of paperwork from Razor thanking you for your purchase. Tere is also going to be your official user guides or manual or whatever you prefer to call it. So next you’ve got your docking station after all this is a wireless mouse so you can use this very sleek dock in order to charge your device and also work as a transmitter technology. Underneath there, you also got one more box that includes your battery, after all like I said this is wireless, so you will need a battery, and a battery door to cover that portion. Let’s take a look at the USB cable which is pretty special, it has a special connector on one end that will give you the ability to plug in directly into the mouse or into the transmitter and it does so in a manner that’s pretty sleek. You don’t really notice that the cable is not permanent. You can use the exact cable for the wireless transmitter/dock and it also fits in there very nicely so is doesn’t look is a misfit in either.
The dock is going to charge your wireless mouse through 2 metallic contact points and I think is a really nice place to store your mouse in general. This is really going to look nice up on your desk or whatever you want to put it as you can see the design and built quality as this mouse is impressive in first view.
The mouse is constructed out of a very soft touch material that’s nice to use and you will notice is incredibly sensitive. It is really like a hair trigger, it doesn’t take much pressure at all to press down the trigger button and depending on what king of a person you are maybe is too sensitive, or course you can always make adjustments. You’ve also got a backlight scroll wheel that’s kind a blue-purple LED. On the bottom of the device you’ll find out your on/off switch as well as your wireless button. There is also a battery indicator on the left side of a device that’s fairly subtitled.
So as you guys can tell this is a very nice looking mouse and very comfortable to use!
